I saw an interesting article about TP, we use 40% more of the consumer kind


when we are all at home. i.e. the commercial/industrial stuff is where the glut is right now b/c people aren't using it at work, in businesses, etc. But we actually NEED more of the Charmin now that we are at home. And there isn't a quick way to switch production from commercial to residential.

So the problem is likely so be somewhat of a problem for a while. Same with some other food products, we aren't eating out so we need more of the stuff at home.
